Access rights when setting up Geovonic Connect

The access rights requirements are slightly different depending on whether you are using ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise in your organisation.

 

ArcGIS Online

The first user can be at least a USER role when setting up the ArcGIS Enterprise organisation portal in Geovonic Connect. Additional Geovonic Connect admins can be added later by adding them to an ArcGIS Enterprise user group.

 

ArcGIS Enterprise

The first user can be at least a USER role when setting up the ArcGIS Enterprise organisation portal in Geovonic Connect. Additional Geovonic Connect admins can be added later by adding them to an ArcGIS Enterprise user group.

 

However, user with ADMINISTRATOR role only can install Geovonic Connect widget using “Register automatically”. Alternatively, you can copy the link of manifest.json and request your Administrator to register the widget for you.
