When downloading a widget or starting Hosted Experience Builder, you will need to provide the URL for your ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise instance.

For ArcGIS Online, your portal URL is the full domain name of your account such as https://myago.maps.arcgis.com. Be sure to enter the https prefix when requested.

For ArcGIS Enterprise, your portal URL is the full URL of the root of your account. For example, https://gis.company.com/portal.

Each widget and builder is linked to a single environment and multiple subscriptions are required if connecting to more than one environment.
